By organizing a wedding we mean all or any of the following steps:

  • site selection;
  • concept creation;
  • selection of contractors;
  • organization of all processes before the wedding
We handle the complete wedding organization both from scratch and with partial contribution, as to solve the issues that couples find difficult on their own. If you are not in Armenia, all questions are solved remotely.

What time will the cake be brought to the banquet? What time will the decorating of the venue begin? How to count all the guests for seating? and many other important questions - none of this is your concern, but the responsibility of a professional!

Coordinators — specialists who bear the responsibility for all aspects of organization, timekeeping, and logistics on the festive day:

Wedding decoration
Decorating is very important, especially for the bride. First you need to decide on the style: luxurious or elegant, modest or classic.

The decorating is started after the venue is chosen and the main contractors are booked. At the very beginning, the bride (couple) and I discuss the style that we like, flowers etc.

After the planning of the wedding venue is done, we can use it as a basis to understand and consider the budget.

In order for there to be no surprises on the wedding day, a mood-board will be created which visually shows all the details of decoration and floristry that will be at the wedding. Once the mood-board and budget are confirmed, we get to work and on the wedding day.

The couple can enjoy the décor that will be 90% identical to the moodboard that was pre-created.

Regardless of the venue or budget, we pay great attention to detail and design.
Organization of a baptism in Armenia

In each individual case, the list of necessary technical equipment is determined by the format of the event, the technical characteristics of the chosen venue, and the tasks at hand. You can spend a lot of money on technical equipment for a wedding, but it does not guarantee an excellent result. It is important to approach this issue rationally, so that everything is harmonious.

Photography/Videography
Photography and videography is the most fundamental thing that remains after the wedding in order to remember the most important celebration in life.

We provide a choice of teams that provide video and photo services. The couple chooses a team that suits their style and work.

Then the process of photography is organized, all the couple has to do is enjoy the process. As a result, 2 months after the wedding, all photo and video materials are provided. Usually it is a selection of photos (short and full), a short video teaser and a long video, as well as a separate wedding photo-shoot or love story.
Wedding printing
The devil lies in the details. We are very careful to conceptualize and decorate so that all printed materials are in the same style.

Wedding printing includes:
  • invitations (electronic and paper)
  • banners and inscriptions;
  • fonts and color scheme on all printed materials;
  • seating chart file;
  • wish book;
  • table cards.
